Pure Born understands that getting your items on-time is important to you. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible and provide our customers with the lowest flat shipping rates available.

The charges are standard as per country requirement and any customs fees applied are not any way related to Pure Born

Please note: All days referenced are working days (Sunday – Thursday).
Any orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on Sunday.

*Customs duty and clearance charges shall apply based on the discretion of the customs authority at destination. *No returns are accepted.

For heavier weights or large package sizes, please contact us as additional fees may apply. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the city limits of: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah. Should any additional charges apply to your order, a member of our team will get in touch with and let you know before your order is dispatched.

Return Policy

If you reside in the UAE and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 days from the time of purchase. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
